The Campaign for Wool is an international campaign that was started to promote an awareness of wool and encourage people to use this material over other forms of man-made fibre and wool substitutes.

Wool Week has events throughout the UK and also in Australia and New Zealand and you can find out more about it at the site here.
Since I couldn't let the week go by without finishing at least one wool project, I've been looking through some of my favourite patterns on Ravelry and I plan to have some to finished projects to show off this weekend!
Have a wonderful (woolly) week!

Just as I am having to rein in the scarf buying (woollen winter ones anyway!) your about to knit some. Cold here today but been having some gorgeous spring (if not high allergy) days. Would love to knit but never have, and think it would be quite relaxing in a way. Love your pics of Bath - went there 5 years ago and loved it and my son has just returned from a visit there while touring. Enjoy your weekend Mel and thanks for your lovely comment, glad you noticed your cushion!!
Take care
